The NMD Max is designed for the rider that wants more width, volume, floatation & more fun. The K15 PP core rpivides more bouyancy & flex whikle the high volume core adds a bit more stiffness & increases the volume.
Inspired by the straight-rail, wide-nose templates that ruled Southern California’s Newport Wedgelineupin the early ’90s, the Max K15 PP High Volume is built for power surfing and effortlessglide. High-volume boards often feel overly stiff, so we’ve selected Kinetic K15 PP core for amore balanced flex and refined responsiveness.
The result is a board that generates speedeffortlessly, drives through turns, and floats with ease through dead sections.

The perfect hybrid flex between 1.9lb and NRG+. K15 has a slightly softer compression with a buttery flex action best suited to mild water temps 20-25C/ 69-77F. 
Polypro Core is a state of the art engineered bodyboard core. A lightweight core that is fusion formed to create a nucleus that delivers incredible flexural properties, including instant recoil, added projection, enhanced longitudinal stiffness & awesome compression strength. 100% waterproof

SLICK: Surlyn Slick. Surlyn slick bottom skin is constructed from 1mm Dupont Surlyn backed with a composite layer of 1.5mm IXPE + 1.5mm IXPP for a total thickness of 4mm.
TAIL: Clipped Crescent Tail with Tail Piece
REACT MESH: Diamond shaped slick mesh weave fused between the boards core and slick bottom skin for enhanced stiffness and recoil.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Retro inspired Max Template, 55/45 Double rails, XFL Nose & Tail Armour, Bull Grips, Hand Finished, CNC Shaped, Buzz Tech Lamination.
