ArcFlex™ is the fifth evolution of our flagship PFS core technology. Twin recurve Divinycell™ beams create a pre-loaded flex pattern that stores and rapidly releases energy for explosive recoil, greater projection, and a fast, responsive ride.

The WiFly™ Bat Tail combines the lift and speed of a bat tail with the hold and control of a performance crescent. Working in harmony with ArcFlex™, it delivers effortless speed, powerful drive, and precise control across a wide range of conditions.

ArcFlex™ is the 5th evolution of our flagship PFS core construction. Twin recurve Divinycell™ beams are engineered to create a pre-loaded flex pattern within the core. As the board is compressed under load, the curved beam architecture stores energy through controlled inward flex. When pressure is released, that stored energy is rapidly transferred back through the board, generating powerful recoil, increased projection, and a fast, reactive feel.

The WiFly™ Bat Tail is engineered to unlock that energy. Combining the lift and acceleration of a bat tail with the hold and control of a performance crescent, its wider planing platform maintains speed through flatter sections while amplifying the recoil characteristics of ArcFlex™. The result is effortless speed, enhanced projection, and a fast, controlled ride in a wide range of conditions.

Designed for riders seeking maximum drive, projection, and responsiveness, the EXP V2 pushes the boundaries of conventional bodyboard design.

FEATURES:
CORE: Kinetic Polypro 
Kinetic Polypro Core is a state of the art engineered bodyboard core. A lightweight core that is fusion formed to create a nucleus that delivers incredible flexural properties,
including instant recoil, added projection, enhanced longitudinal stiffness & awesome compression strength. This core is100% waterproof.Constructed from premium grade 1.9lb density Polypropylene resins, Kinetic Core delivers amazing projection and response as a result of high pressure cell-fusion created during the blank manufacturing process. Kinetic Core is a warm water core available in various reinforcement configurations, each tuned-in for specific wave condition.

CONCAVE:  Quad Concave
The QuadConcave can be broken down into two parts:
1. Central Double Concave - Tracks laminar (water) flow through the centre of the board keeping you higher on the wave face, which allows you to generate more speed into your bottom turns.
2. Outer Venturi Channels - Draws the laminar flow from a wider entry point into a narrow exit through the tail. Based on Bernoulli’s principle, the laminar flow increases in speed as it progresses through the channel, giving you more drive.  
The Quad Concave is precision shaped on our custom built AKU CNC shaping machine.
The AKU gives us the ability to design progressive channel and concave set-ups with incredible accuracy and consistency previously not possible by hand shaping.
STRINGER: Single CFT Stringer
DECK: Wavecushion 8lb PE Deck with Q12 Backing
SLICK: Surlyn Slick. Surlyn slick bottom skin is constructed from 1mm Dupont Surlyn backed with a composite layer of 1.5mm IXPE + 1.5mm IXPP for a total thickness of 4mm.
TAIL: Clipped Crescent Tail
REACT MESH: Diamond shaped slick mesh weave fused between the boards core and slick bottom skin for enhanced stiffness and recoil.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Mez Template, PFS- Arc Beams 55/45 Double rails, XFL Nose & Tail Armour, Bull Grips, Hand Finished, CNC Shaped, Buzz Tech Lamination.
